The Stomping Ground Loyalty Program ("Program") is operated by Stomping Ground Brewing Co. The Program allows eligible members to earn and redeem loyalty points for rewards and other benefits.
By participating in the Program, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Program is currently available exclusively to members of the Stomping Ground Ground Crew.
Stomping Ground may expand eligibility and make the Program available to the general public at a later date.
Participation is subject to approval and may be restricted, suspended, or revoked at Stomping Ground's discretion.
Members will earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases at participating Stomping Ground venues, events, or channels.
Points may only be earned on eligible transactions as determined by Stomping Ground from time to time.
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Any changes may take effect immediately upon publication or notification.
From time to time, Stomping Ground may provide bonus points, surprise rewards, promotional offers, competitions, giveaways, or other benefits.
Eligibility for such offers may be determined at Stomping Ground's sole discretion and may not be available to all members.
Stomping Ground may issue rewards, discounts, vouchers, or other benefits randomly or as part of promotional campaigns without prior notice.
Rewards may only be redeemed through approved Program channels.

Stomping Ground reserves the right to refuse redemption where fraud, misuse, or abuse is suspected.
Stomping Ground may suspend, cancel, or terminate a member's participation in the Program if:
Any points or rewards associated with a terminated account may be forfeited.
Stomping Ground may amend, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Program at any time without liability.
Where reasonably practicable, notice of material changes will be provided through Program communications, the Stomping Ground website, or the relevant loyalty platform.
To the extent permitted by law, Stomping Ground is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from participation in the Program, redemption of rewards, or any modification, suspension, or termination of the Program.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Participation in the Program is subject to Stomping Ground's Privacy Policy. Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
