This weekend at GABS, we're celebrating the masterful monks that have shaped beer as we know it, over centuries of brewing.

Our GABS Festival Beer, Into the 'Wood Chai and Chai Again Belgian Dubbel, was brewed with our local Melbourne mates Monk's Chai. In a decadent, deep brown body with a luscious billowy head, rich caramel and malty sweetness intertwine with dark fruit notes and hints of banana, while warming clove complements the classic Belgian ale yeast and the sweet, yet spicy, sticky housemade chai.


Grab one at GABS Melbourne and it'll come with a big ol' bursting bubble of chai aroma on top! We'll also be tapping seven other Belgian Into The 'Wood beers including five new releases brewed specially for GABS Melbourne...
