Bar Romantica is partnering up with our friends at Stomping Ground and Wolf of the Willows for a winter beer dinner in July. The four course menu will showcase the best local and sustainable winter produce we can get our hands on, paired with eight beers from Stomping Ground and Wolf of the Willows. Bar Romantica is extremely passionate about all things local, seasonal and sustainable. For the kitchen, this means working closely with our vegetable supplier Paul (Days Walk Farm) in Keilor, whose organically certified produce dictates our daily changing menu. We source sustainably farmed and raised meat and seafood, and wild/foraged specialty items whenever we get the chance. On our beer taps, these ethics of local and sustainable means working exclusively with independent Melbourne/Victorian breweries. We believe as strongly in seasonality for beer as we do with food, rotating the styles on our taps to suit the season.
